About Pierce County Tree Help & referral disclosure
We're a referral service. We connect you with one independent, licensed, and registered local tree service company. We don't perform the work. We aren't a tree company, we don't employ arborists or crews, and we don't have a storefront or office you can visit.
How it works
- You send a request through our form (or by phone once our line is active).
- We pass it to one participating tree company that serves your area and offers the service you need. We don't send your details to a list of companies.
- That company contacts you directly, inspects the job and gives you its own quote. Any agreement is between you and that company.
- If we don't have a participating company for your job or area, we'll tell you, and point you to L&I Verify and the ISA "Find an Arborist" directory.
How we're paid
Our service is free to homeowners. Participating tree companies pay us a fee for referrals. That fee doesn't change the price the company quotes you. You're never obligated to hire anyone.
Our standards for participating companies
- Active Washington L&I contractor registration. Tree removal is contractor work under RCW 18.27.010.
- Liability insurance. We ask for a certificate before referring.
- Whenever we name a participating company on this site, we'll show its L&I registration number.
